After the update/layout change, I can't order ahead anymore because it refuses to accept my card. Has an option to "Favorite" locations (I only go to the same one), but no option to view them or shortcut to it. You have to enter your location and select it each time. What's the point then? Also there's no option to just view the menu without ordering, and you can't check nutritional facts. You have to go to the store to check. Useless app.

Clunky app. The worst part is that I'm unable to use the remaining balance on the gift card. I have $20 on the gift card, but if the order is over that, it won't let me use the gift card as a payment (and pay the difference with a credit card). Unbelievable that the app doesn't allow that simple function.

Before updating the app, I had no issues. After paying for my order online today, it suddenly switched the location to a different state. The number I was given to call and cancel was not what was needed to get a refund. They will steal your money with sudden Location changes after you confirm the correct location and pay.
